Letters of Support

Request a letter of support from CNTN/RCEN

The Canadian Nephrology Trials Network (CNTN) is pleased to provide letters of support (LOS) for research projects/grant applications that align with the network’s goals and vision.

To request an LOS, please complete the form below. Your request will be reviewed and considered for relevance and fit by CNTN’s Scientific Operations Committee.

We will follow up with you about your request and, if it is successful, provide you with a signed letter on CNTN letterhead. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks (15-20 working days) from date of submission for the completed letter.
