The CNTN Executive Committee is comprised of the co-leads (one patient and one researcher) of each of the three working committees as well as six members at large and two non-voting members. The non-voting members are a Can-SOLVE CKD leadership representative to advise the committee,  and the CNTN project coordinator to provide administrative support.

The Executive Committee co-chairs are:

Dr. Karthik Tennankore – Nephrologist located in Halifax, NS and Scientific Operations Committee co-lead

Hans Vorster – Patient Partner from London, ON and Scientific Operations Committee co-lead

Dwight Sparkes – Patient Partner from St. John’s NL and Capacity Building Committee co-lead
